Moms and Daughters 9-12 years old*

Join us for a Saturday Retreat

Have you started to look at your daughter and thought that maybe it’s time to have a conversation?

But where to start, what to say, and how much is too much?

Come; discover what it means to be feminine and how God guides us to what is true, good, and beautiful.

Milk & Honey

A Theology of the Body for Me and Mommy

Milk & Honey TOB explores St Pope John Paul II major papal teaching, The Theology of The Body, making it relevant to young girls today. It will give you and your daughter a common vocabulary and shared experience to start having more in-depth conversations about their femininity.

Together we will explore our God given dignity as a human person. We’ll dive into the world of the fertility cycle including how hormones affect our moods and behavior. We will discover how modesty is vital for us as women, and for our society.

* This retreat is geared towards mothers and caregivers of girls 9-12 years old. A year younger or older can be discussed via email.*

Testimonials

I really enjoyed today’s program ... and do believe that young ladies need to hear that message from someone other than their mom. Thank you for including E.

E said that was more information than what she heard from her program (at school)

~ Mary P (mom)

My lil' E just came down very excited to tell me... she just got her period!!!!!

Thanks to M&H, she was excited, happy, joyful and couldn't wait to share this with me and all of the other women that she trusts in her life - like you!!!!! Thank you for everything.

~ Jess C (mom)

My daughter and I attended the M&H retreat in Nov 2024. Going into it, my daughter was nervous and not sure what to expect. After attending, my daughter left feeling energized about what lies ahead! It also opened the door for her and I to start the conversations about her changing body. Thank You Jessica and may God continue to bless you and your family!!

Our Lady of the Assumption, Pray for Us

I truly believe this program is needed to start the conversation with our younger girls before the outside world gets to them with its misguided perspective.

Milk & Honey encourages mothers and daughters to communicate with one another which is also a lovely feature because as mothers we still get to guide our girls. Milk & Honey is the jump off point.

This retreat was the perfect way to tie in God and religion into teaching our girls about their bodies and maturation. It was complimentary to what I've already been teaching at home and gives credit to what I've said because it is coming from another mom.

All young women should be required to take this class

~ Anon St. Peter Parish

I was so happy with it, and it gave me so much loving confidence for myself.

~Anna T (daughter)

Jessica,

Thank for creating this wonderful program.

K and I gained a great deal from your Christian approach to womanhood. K and I had a deep conversation last night sparked by Milk & Honey. I am grateful to have your program support our faith. You and your lovely family will be in our prayers .

Blessings,

S ( & K )

Jessica Murdolo

Jessica Murdolo

Jessica Murdolo is a wife and mother of 3 beautiful girls. Milk & Honey: A Theology of the Body for Me and Mommy is a mission given to her through the Holy Spirit. Jessica aims to create an entire generation of young women who will turn the tide of society; women who live their essential nature - who flourish through, with and in Christ.

With the help of the Blessed Mother, Jessica is teaching young girls to love their God-given bodies and femininity so they can all have the “Madeline Moment.” The moment her second daughter realized the beauty and grace of her feminine being with her whole heart, mind, body and soul.
